A few years ago, I was in a place where I felt stuck— I was gaining weight and trying all kinds of fad diets/workout plans, but felt like I had zero control over my body.
I knew something had to change, but I didn't know where to start.
Something clicked for me in the end of 2022. I knew that I had to figure out the **actual** way to control my weight.
Most people get hung up on having a perfect workout or perfect diet, but the key is actually CONSISTENCY.
Now, I'm in the best shape of my life, I have more energy than ever, and I actually look forward to my workouts. More importantly, I've learned so much about what it takes to create lasting change, and I want to help others experience that same transformation.

Sometimes I’m working on YouTube videos about fitness, sometimes I’m deep in the trenches of working on my professional career, and sometimes I’m just focused on raising my family.
