This is where all the magic will happen. During our consultation, we will do the following:
- Discuss your goals and determine your plan for the next year.
- Clarify your routines, and help define new ones that are sustainable.
- Discuss meals and snacks, and help troubleshoot your current routine.
- Evaluate your gaps in your fitness and how to fix them easily.
- Eliminate as many misconceptions about fitness as possible.
- Roadmap a workout plan and define each phase for the next year.
- Give you materials including plans that you can use for years.
- Give you knowledge about how to WIN at fitness.
