A few years ago, I was in a place where I felt stuck— I was gaining weight and trying all kinds of fad diets/workout plans, but felt like I had zero control over my body.
I knew something had to change, but I didn't know where to start.
Something clicked for me in the end of 2022. I knew that I had to figure out the **actual** way to control my weight.
Most people get hung up on having a perfect workout or perfect diet, but the key is actually CONSISTENCY.
Now, I'm in the best shape of my life, I have more energy than ever, and I actually look forward to my workouts. More importantly, I've learned so much about what it takes to create lasting change, and I want to help others experience that same transformation.
