So I’ve been using NotionAI here and there for the past few days. I’ve been attempting to figure out what it can and can’t do.
I was intrigued by the idea of using NotionAI to create a personalized workout plan tailored to my individual fitness goals and decided to give it a try.
I started by telling it the following: “write me a workout plan. I want to lift weights 2 times a week and hit every necessary body part, and do 150 minutes of Cardio every week walking on the treadmill”.
I could adjust the program to my needs, and the detailed instructions made it simple to understand. I was excited to see the results of my efforts, and after a few weeks I could already see and feel the difference - I'm now a big fan of NotionAI!

Overall, I’m very impressed. This wasn’t perfect, it still created 3 days of lifting instead of 2 (probably because 2 isn’t enough to hit EVERY body part). But this is definitely enough to get started.
