Last year I took a break from YouTube. I got burnt out so quickly from making so many YouTube videos. I tried to make a YouTube video every single week, but I only made it until about April/May. I ended the year making 18 videos.
This year, I am changing my goal. Instead of worrying about making a certain number of YouTube videos, posting enough times on Instagram, making enough tweets, etc…. I’m planning on just writing…. I plan on writing an article every weekday, very similar to the one you are reading right now.
As you can tell from this website (if you have been reading these articles) is that I’ve been successfully writing every single weekday.
I’m heading back to YouTube very soon (more than likely next week). I am planning on AT LEAST one video a month since I’m not sure I will be able to do more.
I plan on using this website and the articles I’ve been writing as a springboard for the content I plan to make for YouTube.
I also might be switching to using Davinci resolve instead of Adobe Premiere as my primary video editor (as I’m trying to eliminate subscription services).
